Maybe it's the leaves

I'm not sure what it is, it might be the leaves turning colors, but I have that shutter bug again. It's been a really long time since I've really had the urge to go out and do some shooting, but lately, I see beautiful photos everywhere I turn. Unfortunately, I never have a camera in hand to capture them. It's been a few years since I've taken anything other than snapshots, but I miss it. I really want to get a high quality digital camera so that I don't have to "guess" with my 30 year old camera. It still takes lovely photos, don't get me wrong, but if I screw up (which I do) and shoot a whole roll with the wrong f stop or film speed...or god forbid the film doesn't catch when I load it...then I kick myself.
